Simple Things That Will Keep Your Trees Thriving

If you live in Bristol and own a property or, own some land that has trees and, most likely various other types of foliage then, the chances are they aren’t as well-groomed as they could be. Not surprising really, most people are busy and, even if you are one of the fortunate that work from home, you still have to work so, it’s not like you have all the time in the world, you just don’t have the ball ache of having to commute to work every day.

Little and often

You must have heard this one before, “Little and often”, well, the saying couldn’t be any more perfect when it comes to looking after your greenage. The trouble is that, because most people don’t set, aside even 30 minutes a week to give their shrubs and trees a little bit of attention, the poor plants and trees either don’t get what they need and die off or, become overgrown. There’s no excuse really, certainly when you consider that a local tree surgeon in Bristol could take care of the maintenance and just come to you when a choice needs to be made.

Do your bit

Usually when trees become overgrown, they pose more of a nuisance than anything, encroaching on other people’s land or causing damage to buildings in the vicinity. If you take just half an hour a week to take a walk around, your plot of land, do a visual inspection and ‘trim’ what you can, then that would be a great start. When it comes to the trees, get the surgeons in.
